Prefill private clients' data

In Denmark, all residents have a CPR number which is a personal registration number. The CPR registry is a national database and comprises all personal data, from date of birth to address information. The CPR Prefill service can pull the data from registry and prefill into the form.

How to connect CPR Prefill?

  1. Create a form (ignore this step if you already have one).
  2. Add the "CPR" field from "Smart fields" in the panel on the left.
  3. Add NemID from the service panel and activate it.
  4. In the following step, choose CPR Prefill from the service panel and add it into the flow. Activate the service.
  5. Create a form with individual fields (Name, address, date of birth, nationality - these are the fields that will be prefilled).
  6. Save changes and launch the flow.

Note: The CPR Prefill will only prefill the "Individual Fields".
